Dermasync, Inc.

Accessibility

Skincare guidance everyone can access.

We want Dermasync to be usable by as many women as possible, including those who use screen readers, voice navigation, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology.

Where we are today.

Accessibility is something we're actively working to improve as we build Dermasync. We're early in that journey, and we don't want to overstate where we are — but it's a priority for us, and it's something we intend to keep investing in as our website and app evolve.

We want to hear from you.

If you run into something on our website or in our app that's difficult to use, please tell us. Your feedback directly shapes what we prioritize next.

Contact us at accessibility@trydermasync.com and let us know:

  • What page, screen, or feature you were using
  • What device, browser, or assistive technology you were using
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen

We'll do our best to respond and look into it.

A note on third-party content.

Some parts of our services — such as the Apple App Store listing or third-party integrations — are hosted or controlled by other companies, and we don't control their accessibility.
